Sidonie Wilson of Foodways Education At a Sustainable Table (F.E.A.S.T.) presents the extraordinary Ethiopian cuisine.* Learn to make Injera, the spongy sourdough flatbread made from teff grains, mix your own Berbere spices and create complex delicious stews called “wot.”
