Saturday August 6th 1:30-5 at The Market Kitchen: E Is For Ethiopian
Ethiopian food is exciting and complex. There’s Injere, a spongy sourdough flatbread made with teff flour, vegetarian stews, and spice mixes! Learn to make a complete Ethiopian feast, and the proper way to eat it, with your fingers!
Learn to cook an international meal together. Ages 8 and up with accompanying adult. Please bring a chef’s knife and apron each!
