Learn about the different production methods for the conventional meat, dairy and produce that most Americans eat and why eating organic is important for your health. You will have a chance to taste the difference and learn for yourself why organic matters. Class format lecture/slideshow with ample time for discussion and questions. Sampling of prepared foods at end of class. Taught by Brwyn Griffin, Education/Outreach Manager at Port Townsend Food Co-op.
