Using authentic native recipes from the book by Beverly Cox & Martin Jacobs, we’ll cook the rich culinary history of these great living civilizations: learn to roll tamales, make the great Mayan sauces (called Recados) and cook from the unique cuisine of the3 Andes. All of this fabulous food will warm you through and through.
