Learn how you can stop sugar cravings in their tracks and keep your blood sugar balanced! If you are trying to move to a more whole foods diet, this is a great way to take a step in the right direction toward better health.
In this workshop you’ll be given the tools to learn why you experience cravings, energy dips, foggy thinking and emotional highs and lows, as well as realistic strategies and solutions that you can implement immediately to feel better. We’ll touch on everything from physiology to food labels and provide tools and education to prepare and equip you to undertake a 14 day sugar elimination. Whatever your level of participation, the primary goal will be to increase awareness: of your body, of the source of hidden sugars in your diet, and of whole food solutions to healthier you. Almost anyone can benefit from this workshop series and experience life without sugar, even if for just 2 weeks!
Class includes: 2.5 hour Foundational Workshop; 1.5 hour Nuts & Bolts Orientation and Co-op Store Tour; 2-week guided Sugar Awareness & Elimination Group; Two 1.25 hour Follow-up Classes at the midpoint and end of the program.
