You’re just returned from the doctor and been given the news that you have a particular disease or condition. Most likely, if you visited a conve3ntional physician, you may not have been told that what you do, or do not eat, can ultimately play a huge role in how you feel, and that certain foods and lifestyle choi8ces may be the true culprits behind your symptoms. In fact, food sensitivities, intolerance and allergies are one of the primary underlying contributing factors in today’s most common health conditions.
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the most common dietary and lifestyle triggers that exacerbate almost any health condition or chronic complaint. You will be provided with simple practical tools and transitions; be shown the nuts and bolts of how to eat for restricted diets; and perhaps experience relief by following a few basic guidelines. Tasty food samples, engaging activities and classroom interaction will also be highlighted.
