      Crepes are a delicious food, the batter makes up quickly, and will last for a week in the fridge. It’s a to go food, especially when something yummy is folded inside. Every culture has their variation on the crepe. Learn all about crepes, dosas, injera, and the buckwheat crepes of Brittany. The best flours, batters, cooking techniques and more.

      Sunday October 9th 1:30-3 at The Market Kitchen: Spice It Up! Learn the ins and outs of spice combinations.  Toasting and grinding from subtle to spicy!
