This exciting class takes you outside to identify and learn about common wild edible plants in our environment. Taught by Nancy Slick you’ll discover the multitude of wild edibles surrounding you and how to use them in your own kitchen! Learn descriptions of the various plants, how they grow, and their common uses. Sign up in person at the Member Services Desk in the Food Co-op, 414 Kearney St. Any cancellation will have to be 48 hours prior to the class or can be gifted. Meet on the day of the class in the Co-op Dining Room.
