Their ice cream is sweet and simple, using rich organic coconut cream, organic ingredients and locally-sourced fruits. Made in small batches with intention and integrity by owner and operator, Amanda Thieroff. You won’t believe their ice cream is non-dairy!

Amanda makes each batch of Fiddlehead Creamery ice cream herself, and loves to dream up fun and creative flavors, like Avocado Mint Chip and Cardamom Rose!
