Happy Pi Day!

Pi Day is a holiday celebrating the mathematical constant ∏. The symbol ∏ in mathematics represents the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. In other words, ∏ is the number of times a circle’s diameter will fit around its circumference. The formula for ∏ is 22/7 or approximately 3.14.

Pi Day is observed on March 14 (3.14) and what better way to celebrate Pi Day than with……you guessed it, pie! Savory or sweet, pies hit the spot with young and old!
