The 2021 Food Co-op Board of Directors election is complete.

Juri Jennings was re-elected for another three-year term, while Michael Flowers and Leslie Ann Shipley were each elected to their first three-year terms.

Members could vote For, Opposed, or Skip for each candidate. A candidate needs over 50% For votes to be seated (Skip votes do not count in the totals). Juri and Michael each received 98% For votes, while Leslie received 95% For votes.

If you missed the vote and would like to read about our candidates, please visit our election page.

We had a great turnout this year, with 714 members voting online and 30 voting with paper ballots. We pledged to donate $1 to the Food Bank for each vote cast, so we’ll be giving them a check for $744.

Thank you for voting!

If you are interested in running for the board next year, please contact our Elections Committee at coopboard@foodcoop.coop. Please contact us by January 2022, so you can complete the candidate process in time for the next election.
