Local Producer: SoulCedar Farm

SoulCedar Farm (soulcedarfarm) is a small scale, holistic farm located on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state. Sage Coy and Max Evans, couple and co-owners, believe in the importance of nourishing food and of reciprocal relationships between people, plants and land. These fundamentals fuel the body, mind and spirit, with access to wholesome food as the root of healthy human growth. SoulCedar Farm strives to bolster local food systems and contribute to community health through their line of shelf stable ‘Shrubs’ or sipping vinegars and specialty batch canned goods. Sage and Max grow as much produce for their Shrubs and canned products as possible (they are currently focused on cultivating a young, healthy orchard, maintained with no-til), and hope to support other Olympic Peninsula farms by sourcing locally for the rest.

SoulCedar Shrubs are a specialty, nonalcoholic sipping vinegar, meant to be savored straight, combined with sparkling water for a refreshing spritzer, or muddled with fruit and/or herbs to spruce up your favorite mock-tail or cocktail. These cold-filled, probiotic rich shrubs are made using raw, organic apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”!), seasonal herbs, fruits and roots, and raw, local honey. No sugar. No booze. Full flavor. Shelf stable until opened.

Larger bottles on sale from March 27-April 2, 2024.
