All County Picnic

  • HJ Carroll Park Chimacum, WA (map)

(TIMES ARE TENTATIVE AS OF APRIL 5TH - CHECK BACK LATER FOR MORE DETAILS)

The ALL COUNTY PICNIC is a free community celebration designed to inspire residents of East Jefferson County to learn about resilience and emergency preparedness! Knowing where and how to connect to information and resources before a crisis is key. However, preparedness planning doesn’t have to be cumbersome or intimidating, and what better way to put these philosophies into practice than with a fun, family-friendly, celebration?

  • Learn about the brand new Hubs program which will act as regional distribution and emergency response centers for larger sections of the community

  • Become more self-sufficient after an incident or natural disaster

  • 30+ booths and presentations by local organizations

  • Family resources and kid friendly activities

  • Hands-on trainings including CPR and learn how to “Stop The Bleed”

  • Connect with First Responders, safety professionals, and local officials

  • Learn about your own Neighborhood Preparedness plan and meet others in your area!

  • FREE corn on the cob!

If an emergency or disaster strikes, we don’t have to do it alone - we are resilient together!
