Drinking vinegars and other probiotic beverages are a simple, affordable, and delicious way to keep your gut healthy & happy. In this class we'll explore a range of probiotic foods and drinks from kim chi to kombucha, including ways to make and enjoy many of these ferments, and some important tips on how to effectively use them to nourish your gut. You'll also learn how to make your own flavored drinking vinegar, and have a chance to sample several different types of fermented beverages.

Hosted by registered clinical herbalist and wellness educator Linden de Voil, RH(AHG).  Linden has a private practice at Bear Root Apothecary & Wellness Center in uptown Port Townsend, offering individual consultations and group classes on plant medicine, integrative wellness and whole-foods nutrition.
