Cooking with the Co-op:  World Flavors for Home Kitchens - Asia & Vietnam
Vietnamese food is among the healthiest of worldwide cuisines, celebrated for its bright flavors and emphasis on fresh herbs and vegetables. Team up with others to cook a colorful feast based on the Vietnamese five flavors emphasizing yin yang balance. When the food is ready, we’ll eat together with lots of lively conversation.

The menu will reflect our local fresh produce, with easy-to-use recipes that are “keepers” for the home cook.

Dietary Notes: Class is vegetarian with dairy, gluten-free but not in a gluten-free facility using primarily organic food from the Port Townsend Food Coop. Limited to 10 people.
