Produce Department Upgrade This Week!

Coming this week-- February 24th-March 2nd we will be replacing the one remaining old produce case with a spiffy new version. While making the change we will be addressing a lingering issue of a dip in the floor in front of the case. The old case moves out, the floor gets repaired and then we bring the case back in, all in less than a week. This does mean that there will be some creative temporary merchandising in the produce department, and some roped off area while the floor gets some love.

The nitty gritty details:
On Wednesday evening the old case will be removed, and as happened with our last project, a plastic sheet wall will be hung to keep the rest of the area clean. To accommodate the work the other wooden tables will move around as well. While the case is out the floor will be repaired and then March 1 the new case will be installed. It will take a couple of days to both install and ensure this cooler is working properly, but by Wednesday March 3rd things should get back to normal.
