Request to Attend a Food Co-op Board Meeting
Welcome!
We’re happy you will be joining us for our next board meeting. Due to limited time and physical space, we ask that you take a moment to fill out the attached form so we can best prepare for the upcoming meeting.
You must be a member-owner to attend these meetings.
In person meetings are limited to 20 guests and allowed on a first come first serve basis. Any member/owner that did not make the cutoff will be given the opportunity to register for the following meeting first.
Please let us know if you plan to speak at the meeting so we can allow time for member-owner comments.
If for any reason you can not make the meeting after submitting a request, please email boardassistant@foodcoop.coop and let us know so we can make space for other member/owners.
