About the instructor:
Nancy Slick is a certified herbologist and has been teaching wild edible and medicinal plants classes for over ten years, including for Peninsula College, the Port Townsend Food Co-op, the Kitsap County Fifth Graders nature class, restaurants, Wild Birds Unlimited shop, and as an advisor for a survival show for The Discovery Channel.
