Cooking with the Co-op:  World Flavors for Home Kitchens - Georgia & Azerbaijan

Celebrate Summer’s end with the food and flavors of the Caucasus. The cuisine of Georgian is always a favorite with Armenia and Azerbaijan close behind. From them, we have so much to learn about cooking in season, unique pairings and exquisite spicing. So much to learn — about making food in community and honoring our roots. Come join in as we cook a community feast.

The menu will reflect our local fresh produce, with easy-to-use recipes that are  “keepers” for the home cook.

Dietary Notes: The classes are always gluten-free but not in a gluten-free facility, will use nuts and seeds, organic produce from the Port Townsend Food Co-op.
