Cooking with the Co-op: Master the Instant Pot — Soups, Stews, Broths and Stocks
Learn to use the Instant Pot to cook up sensational soups, stews, broths and stocks. This foundational, hands-on class will teach you how to use an electric pressure cooker in a relaxed and confident way. We’ll learn lots of classy techniques from Sidonie, drawing on her expertise and knowledge of world cuisines. Plus, you’ll cook with others, eat a full sit down meal, and come away with a yummy recipe packet.

About the instructor
Sidonie Maroon is a local chef, culinary educator, and writer. She brings people together to create feasts from international menus, using local in-season foods. You will also find her in her kitchen studio developing recipes, working on revisionist baking projects or in her garden.
