Learn to use the Instant Pot to bring authentic Indian cuisine home. This foundational, hands-on class will teach you how to use an electric pressure cooker confidently. We’ll learn lots of Indian flavor building and spicing secrets. Plus, you’ll cook with others, eat a full sit down meal, and come away with a yummy recipe packet written by Sidonie. If you have one, bring your Instant Pot to class.

Dietary Notes: Class is vegetarian with dairy, gluten-free but not in a gluten-free facility using primarily organic food from the Port Townsend Food Coop. Limited to 10 people.
