Coop2go Update - New gratitude option

Dear Coop2go Enthusiasts!

Wowza!  What an amazing community we live in.  We hope you all had a lovely holiday season and were able to experience joy and great food.   Huge appreciations to everyone who took advantage of our Coop2go system.  It has been very rewarding to see it come together and benefit so many during the pandemic. 

As you know, we have been providing this service free of charge to provide access to all who need this necessary service.  However, the truth is that it costs the Co-op more to provide Coop2go to our members. In fact, each order takes at least one hour of staff time to process.

On that note, many of you have been wondering how you can help by providing a gratuity and believe me, we are so grateful.  Up until now, we were still working on how to add this into our new system, but “ALAS!” we have found a way.

We can now accept a voluntary 10% “Gratitude” tip to help us keep this program going and accessible to those who need it. If you are interested in supporting the Coop2go program, please select Curbside Pickup add Gratitude when checking out (picture below for reference). This change will start on January 1, 2021.

Thanks so much for your continued patronage and patience as we build on our Coop2go system.  We really are stronger together.
