Maroon's Barbeque Sauce - Vegan Version!

Makes 2 cups

Easy

Ingredients

6 oz can tomato paste

15 oz can tomato sauce

2 tbsp Braggs aminos

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

¼ cup blackstrap molasses

1 tbsp tamarind paste

1 tbsp fresh ginger minced

3 cloves garlic minced

1/4 cup dehydrated onion flakes

⅓ cup coconut sugar

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon coriander seed

1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns

1/4 teaspoon allspice berries

3 green cardamom pods

1 dried pasilla Chile

2 tablespoons sweet paprika

1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Directions

Grind whole spices together. Toast pasilla Chile and grind with whole spices

Add all other ingredients to a Vitamix and blend until smooth.
