NOTE: The July Demo has been cancelled. See us back on August 1st.

The first Thursday of each month, board members will be demoing a recipe based on the cookbook Perfectly Good Food—A Totally Achievable Zero Waste Approach to Home Cooking by Margaret and Irene Li. They will highlight local products and produce in the recipes. And they will be giving away a copy of the book at the end of each demo. So, stop by and see them, get your ticket and then watch our website blog and social media page to get the recipes and see who has won a copy of the book.

NOTE: our local Imprint Bookstore can order the book for you, if you are interested in buying a copy.

The sixth demo will be on Wednesday, July 3rd (to avoid the holiday on the 4th) and the featured recipe will be announced closer to the date.
