Cooking with the Co-op: WORLD FLAVORS FOR HOME RECIPES - UKRAINE & EASTERN EUROPE
A celebration of food and flavor, we’ll cook the wild East—perfect for our Pacific Northwest preference for the fresh, delicious and unexpected. In this hands-on class you’ll team up with others to cook a vibrant feast based on Ukrainian and Eastern European Flavors. When the food’s ready we’ll eat together with lots of lively food focused conversation and good times. The menu reflects the produce of the season, and the recipes are always easy to use “keepers” for the home cook.
Dietary Notes: Class is vegetarian with dairy, gluten-free but not in a gluten-free facility using primarily organic food from the Port Townsend Food Co-op. Limited to ten people.
